Attack on Titan Conspiracy Theory: SNK MATRIX!!

(A/N I know Connie’s mother MAY have turned into a Titan, it may jolly well be the case. But for the sake of my theory, lets assume that is NOT Connie’s Mum) 

So remember how at the beginning the Narrator said something about the Titans appearing 100 years ago (as did Erwin and his father) but there was no evidence from life before the Walls every being found.

So  That Humanity being trapped behind the Walls as being the last of Humanity for the past ‘100’ years- or something was ALL A BIG SET UP AS A GIANT EXPERIMENT? Like some big-ass entity decided to create this horrible experiment to observe human behaviour and activity under the conditions of oppression, primitive lifestyles and hardship, and Hopelessness. And this experiment has been going on for more than 100 years (we have similar experiments, such as observing the changes in personalities over the course of a lifetime, and hence this experiment might be like one of those.).

The events happening in the series right now is the experimental body (lets call them ‘The Overseers’ for this sake) ‘cranking up the heat’ to see how far it takes to crush the will of  humanity? Annie, Reiner and Bertholdt are kids that were the added variables for the experiment on the Control Group (AKA Humanity in the Walls). 

To add to my case, I want to put a few things out to the Grand Jury (ie, You, my dear readers): 

• The Central Brigade clearly have a further hidden purpose besides keeping the peace, I beg to ask “who are they working for if not the Crown or Humanity?” ; Are they are another catalyst or variable thing for the experiment, or are they working for themselves, and as such are part of the Control group rather than being a catalyst?
• Who are Annie, Reiner, and Bertholdt working for? Their affiliation is unknown, but they seemed like they were FORCED to do these crimes. The question is “Who forced them?” Its likely a group in immense power has forced them to, and they lie beyond Wall Maria in the Mysterious Beyond (see what I did there….*If you were born in the 80’s or 90’s you’ll get this…)
• Erwin’s Father and Eren’s Father almost hinted that history was deliberately altered when humanity entered the Walls 100 years ago. Why? Yes, its for control and censorship, but WHAT FOR? I don’t think its for control’s sake. There is something more…..To keep people in the experiment? This would make sense; when scientists do experiments, they tend to do them while the test subjects are unaware- this is more natural and as such, have more accurate readings of reactions. So by erasing the past, then people will act more normal in habitat. 
• Eren’s father, or Grandfather (100 years may be long enough for two generations) may have been a scientist with a degree of ‘ethics’ and as such, he may have done those things to his son in order to preserve the truth- that this whole thing is a set up. He wants Eren to put an end to this really uber unethical experiment, so he gave him the Titan shifting abilities to prove to Humanity that the Titans were created by other humans. Thus PROVING the existence of the Overseers living beyond the walls and that to end this experiment, they need to escape the Walls. Was that Grisha Yaeger’s Intention for giving the Coordinate ability to his son?
• So the Titans are lighter than normal, according to Hanji. So what does that mean? I am assuming that the Titans are like test mannequins, except they are animated and are DERIVED from humans. I don’t have evidence to back this up, but its a possibility. It explains why the Crew discovered their connection to humans. (Wow, you don’t say…they are like Zombies and shit)  
• In ‘A Choice Of No Regrets’, they said something about the Walls going deep underground. Why? To keep the people in, not to keep the titans out (as shown the the Titan in the Wall)! What for? So they don’t discover the truth beyond the Walls- that there are The Overseers there, watching the experiment for Science sake…..or something. 

So in conclusion; the whole Wall Maria, Rose, and Sina thing is part of a huge-ass experiment. Eren is like Neo from The Matrix, Erwin is Morpheus, and The Central Brigade is like Agent Smith. 

It just happened that Eren was given only one choice; the Red Pill.
