My letter to The Ricky Gervais Show

  G'day 

My imagination has gone wild as of recent, and after watching 'An Idiot Abroad', 'Hello Ladies' and your Podcast, I have always wondered what it be like if you three (Karl, Stephen, and Ricky) were to become housemates for six months, and see what will happen. 

PS, my brother and I had a bet: Steve will eventually take a maternal role (like a 'mother') , while Ricky becomes the 'Father' of this dysfunctional family. 

I can't wait for what will go down. It'll be awesome, I wish I could do this with my friends, but our parents don't trust us so much. One thing will lead to another....

Here's some words of encouragement: 

To Ricky, 

This is probably the best time for 'group bonding'. And you love to hang around Karl. This is your chance! And aren't you curious about the lives of your collegues? 

To Steve, 

If you are going to adopt the 'motherly' role, you got the best role because you are the first point of contact in times of strife- you're the 'comfort' of the family. And everyone loves you. Seriously. Everyone loves Mother.  

To Karl, 

Why not? It's better than eating strange stuff, kissing sharks and snakes, or getting robbed by monkeys. Right? 

At least there is a point of familiarity- two 'fucking twats' called 'Best friends'. 

And you thought you guys were the maddest people in the world?
